I didn’t even need google to do this one

I am 8-bit.
I got 16/16 on the 8-Bit Gamer test.
Take the test!

And that’s all I have to say about that. Word.

Toronto Squared

Rannie has put together his first solo photography exhibition called Toronto Squared.

“Toronto is a city of a million stories, some told, many hidden. Over the years, Rannie Turingan has captured this by seeking out inspiration in the unlikeliest of places. Through his lens he uncovers a patchwork of scenes from the everyday, often dismissed by society. In Toronto Squared, he presents you with his view of the city, one square at a time.”

The opening gala is this weekend at Le Petit Déjeuner. Click on the link for more details. Come on out and show your support for the Good Twin.

He also says “No peeking!”

Does anyone else find what SpongeBob says a little disturbing?

And yes I uploaded this video to YouTube. Crazy!

They must have had the higher ground

Silly Anakin. Anyone care to help translate this one? I’d like to know what the last cop says.

Movie Fundamentals

A list of 101 Movies You Must See Before you … well, die I guess. Think of them as staple movies, films you should know if you want to be “movie-literate” as the author says.

I’d copy the list for you hear but it’s easier to write down which moves from said list I’ve seen, or at least remember enough of the movie to have a conversation about them.

  • “A Clockwork Orange” (1971) Stanley Kubrick
  • “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial” (1982) Steven Spielberg
  • “The Empire Strikes Back” (1980) Irvin Kershner
  • “GoodFellas” (1990) Martin Scorsese
  • “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” (1975) Terry Jones & Terry Gilliam
  • “Psycho” (1960) Alfred Hitchcock
  • “Pulp Fiction” (1994) Quentin Tarantino
  • “The Seven Samurai” (1954) Akira Kurosawa
  • “The Wizard of Oz” (1939) Victor Fleming

Looks like I’ll be making use of that movie rental membership after all.

How do I know I don’t have one right now?!

Back in Montreal we were talking about tatoos and talking about what ink we had done where. Well they were, I’m a blank canvas when it comes to that. I am not opposed to getting one done, I just haven’t found something I’d like to look at for the rest of my live.

When I do find that image, I’m thinking I should get it done in ultraviolet ink!

While I don’t think I’d go for the full body skeleton, a forearm design traced in that ink would be cool. Not visible in the day, only when you go out at night!
